  Had an overnight prepaid envelope that all I needed to do was drop off…they told me this location charges $4. Not about the money but the principle that there’s a made up charge for essentially no extra value provided.

  I do not recommend doing any business here at all. I travel extensively and have never been charged $20 to receive mail at a hotel. Because Hilton uses this FedEx as their mail room, FedEx charged me $20 to get two pieces of mail. I needed to have a picture printed (on picture paper, which they said they had). First they gave me the wrong address to email the picture to. Then they told me that it would be on plain paper and not on photo paper. By this time, it was getting late and I had to grab an Uber to go into town to an Office Depot to get the picture printed. It was for a presentation the next morning and they really let me down. So to recap, the service was bad. But the three people I talked to there made up for it with crappy attitudes, so at least they’ve got that going for them.

  Would have rated 0 if I could. I tried to drop off a package with a shipping label that I already paid for and printed and they tried to charge an extra $10 just for dropping it off at a location inside a hotel.
