  Absolutely the best customer service you will ever find in nola. I called 2 days ago about some transmission fluid and never gave my name and didn't show up. I showed up today and the guy immediately remembered me before I could give him the part number for the fluid. That is some amazing customer service. His name was Melvin. He definitely deserves a raise!

  Stopped in for a couple gallons of Rain-X. Decided to get Rain-X wipers also. Young man at the counter was very cordial & installed wipers for me. I dropped a gallon of the solvent, top came off & spilled quite a bit. He offered to replace the damaged container. I declined as it was my fault. Great customer service. If he was back in NY at one of my parts stores I would hire him !!

  Brought my battery in on November 15 to be charged, came back later that day to find out they never plugged it in. Came back the next day and they couldn’t find the battery. I was told the manager would contact me after reviewing the camera footage to find out what happened, but that never happened. I’ve called multiple times and shown up in person but now I’m out almost $300 because they lost my battery.

  Currently the store is full of customers . I look in the back all the managers are sitting down . One worker is servicing 7 people. This is ridiculous.
