  Maria!! (I think that’s how you spell her name) was AMAZING. ( I went to another cricket location, in lafayette before coming to this one and the ladies there were so unprofessional and didn’t know anything. they told me i’d have to call corporate (even though after calling them they said to go to an in person store) or drive to TEXAS to the corporate office to solve my problem.) -THIS LOCATION- Came to this location the next day and was help by a lady i think her name is Maria and she was GREAT solved my problem in less then 2 minutes and she was so down to earth and friendly. made me feel very welcomed. If you’re needing help with your phone DEFINITELY come to this location over any other cricket location!! AMAZNG We love Maria!!

  The service rep /young man I asked if external Sim card he was selling me would work with my phone ..he replied should then he said insert your debit card to pay..he received my payment..I asked can you at least ck to be sure..he threw me a Sims key n says sure you can ck it...he is the professional n I'm paying him..I would have expected for him to help me..also it was easy to see he was low energy n really didn't want to be there ..no excuse to be so thoughtless n lazy..that site is not recommended..
