  Went today and the lady who helped me was absolutely amazing! Very sweet and knew what she was doing. I went not even knowing if I was able to purchase a new phone bc mine was in such bad condition I couldn’t open it to unlock my card. She was very helpful and found a simple solution and got me a new phone within maybe 20 minutes. Thank you cricket 😌

  Went into the Natchitoches office today to get so help and the woman Avante that works there was NO help at all and was very rude. I will never go back in there as long as she is in there.
