    I was pleasantly suprized at how helpful the employees at the Monroe store were today. A young man and young woman that work there went out of there way to help me. I dont see this everyday. Great team!

    The most ridiculous UPS location ever!!! The drivers continuously puts in redelivery and false claims of delivery attempts when all they have to do is leave it on the porch! There’s no signature requirements or anything! They’re just getting away with not doing their job and dragging the needs of the customers without penalty!

    My first package was dropped at this location and I received it no problem. My second package is supposed to be delivered and now the tracking is saying that it’s being shipped to another nearby facility?! What’s that about?? And what going on with the phone service? You try to call the facility and it tells you that the number isn’t in service!! I will take legal matters if I don’t get my packages!! This is disgusting!!
