    I loved all the ingredients but the Italian bread was hard as a rock, which reduced the total enjoyment of the meal.

    Marked my order as ready and it wasn't so I had to settle for bread I did not want due to my food being picked up. I really don't appreciate that type of dishonesty especially when I left a tip! *UPDATE* MORE VEGETABLES THAN MEAT*

    I placed an order from the parking lot. I went inside, gave my name, and advised the staff inside that I would wait for my online order at a table. The way I was spoken to by the young man was appalling. I was so offended. 1st he said that someone else might have taken it, but I said I'd just placed the order so it probably hadn't come through yet. Then he took another customer & told me it still wasn't there so I probably have the wrong location. I assured him that I had not and provided my online confirmation. A woman came in, presumably the manager, from the back and I explained the same to her. The young man then asked if I was doordash picking up for someone else & so I repeated that I had placed an order for myself and gave my name again. He dismissed me and the lady looked at my confirmation and went ahead to build my sandwich. By that time I was frustrated after having shown both my confirmation and my bank account to prove that the sandwich was ordered and paid for. The lady was nice enough to prepare my order after repeatedly stating that the order did not go through, I may have had the wrong location, and that it should have shown up. The lengthy process was enough to have lost my appetite. But it was only one occurrence.
