  terrible customer service. matheu and fredrick were so slow at providing service. i had to wait 30 minutes in line even though i had ordered online prior to coming. he then proceeded to touch bacon from another order before making my sandwich without changing his gloves. Im allergic to bacon! This is unacceptable and disgusting. This location is terrible. I left without receiving my order because I was disgusted with how slow and inefficient and nasty these workers were. hey then proceeded to restock all of the cookies Right in front of me Instead of completing my order which was ordered before anyone else that walked in. Everyone’s food in that line was touched by bacon. $15 went to waste. pathetic. im so dissatisfied

  I came to this subway to meet my husband for lunch . The food was good but as we were eating it got weird. The window has a sign in it that reads “Now hiring, apply inside” or something along those lines. A lady walks in with a filled out application and waits in line. When it’s her turn she tells the employee that she wants to turn in her application. The next thing we know, a woman comes from the back and says very loudly “you need to come back when it’s not lunch time and when we didn’t just get our truck in”. The lady who was trying to apply leaves with her application in hand. How do you expect to hire employees if you won’t even take their application? Also there were only 2 other people in line waiting to pay. The sign needs to read “apply inside if you want to be berated and embarrassed and be treated like a child by management “

  Under new management, and I will say I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end. I came in yesterday for lunch and was assisted by Alexia and AD. They greeted me with a great attitude when I came in, they gave me exactly what I asked for and since I was in a rush, they had me in and out in no time. I will add that the store was very clean, and so was the bathroom. I will be returning this store in the future. Thank you for such great service, and a wonderful atmosphere!

  My family and I came in Sunday and was greeted so nicely. Seen a new face and she did a great job on all of our sandwiches. From her name tag I believe she is the new manager. She talked with my daughter whom is autistic as she made her sandwich, my daughter enjoyed the conversation obviously. We felt at home , she was quick and sweet. We’ll be back!

  The employee was very friendly it was a quick service and my sandwich was really good the bread was soft and the cookies was fresh.
