  This is my FAVORITE location. The restaurant is SUPER CLEAN and the fries are amazing. My order is always on time. I order from this location so much that the staff know me by name. The crew is very professional and hard working. This is my permanent WingStop location!

  On April 17th at 11:45 PM I placed order #1980104722 for a 15-piece classic meal for two. When I received the order, the food quality was unacceptable. The chicken was heavily oversaturated with grease, the bag was soaked through, and the meal was not properly prepared or edible. I contacted Wingstop the same night through their website and submitted photos showing the condition of the order. I did not receive a response, so I followed up by phone on April 20th and spoke with a manager. I was told at that time that I would be refunded within approximately one week. As of May 3rd, the refund has not been received. I have also opened a dispute through my payment provider due to the lack of resolution. I attempted to resolve this directly with the store before escalating further, but the issue remains unresolved.

  My experience at this store went very well! The food here is good and, The service was even better. I definitely will be coming back very soon!
