  This was the best UPS store. Both Andrew & Heide were extremely helpful. If you need to go to a UPS store definitely use this location.

  UPS in general has to many issues they give you an estimate time so you can make sure your home and you waiting around and no show up 30 mins past they update the thing saying by 9pm now this is ridiculous so not convenient I’d rather fed ex I never had problems with them I let the person know to how ups is so hope they will start using someone else

  This is the only UPS store in the entire city, that charges its customers to tape up a package. 2.50 per item, PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION BECAUSE THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE LADY WORKING THERE SAID ITS NOT MY RULE AND CHARGED MY 5 DOLLARS TO TAPE UP 2 SMALL BAGS. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Then on the receipt it says miscellaneous SCAMMMMMMMERS
