This is the worst location I have ever seen.
The employee working there has no idea about anything. (Black and middle-aged)
This morning, I wanted to have a sandwich prepared with the ingredients of my choice in my wrap, just like I ALWAYS get.
I asked for eggs. She said there were no eggs. I asked, "How is that possible?" She said, "There are, but they are frozen." I said, "That's fine, you can heat them up, no problem." She said, "No, they are frozen." I told her that this wasn't my first time ordering, that I always want eggs and greens in my sandwich, and they always do it.
Thinking that I couldn't express myself because I have an accent, she went and took the egg out of the freezer, showed it to me, and spelled it out as "fro-zen". I said, "I see that it is frozen, but don't you have an oven?" She just looked at me with a twisted face.
What is your standard procedure? Why did I wait 30 minutes just to explain the sandwich I get everywhere else?
You stole my time. I do not accept the tense and exhausted expression on your face.
She struggled hard just not to heat up that egg. Then, acting as if what I wanted was abnormal, she put the eggs on the oven tray in a harsh/slamming manner.
I don't eat meat products. The only protein I get is from eggs. If there are no eggs, there is no point in me getting Subway. Are you just going to make me eat lettuce between bread?
You must take the necessary disciplinary action regarding your employee. Otherwise, you will lose a lot of customers!
