  I mailed a package of glass beads back to the company I bought them from, and they were stolen out of the package. Who is UPS hiring? That has never happened to me with any other shipping company (including US Post Office). I’ll never use them again.

  I found the young clerk to be very impolite matter of fact and disinterested in helping. He seems like a very efficient worker however, his demeanor was such that I felt as though I were putting him out to have to help me send a package. The next time I need to ship something I do not believe I will choose this location.

  I use UPS Stores frequently for work and this store is definitely one of the best I've been to. Friendly customer service and they get you in and out quickly. When I need to ship something this store is the place I trust the most to get it there on time and in one piece.

  I asked if they would tape close a small box for me and they said there would be a $2.00 tape fee. Terrible customer service.
