  Ordered on the app me and 2 other co workers. Pulled up and waited. Both my coworkers stuff is ready. Guy claims I’m at the wrong store. I prove to him I’m at the right store and he tells me “idk what you want me to do u don’t have order for you” he then made me wait until the entire store of walk ins were helped. I did wait, he then starts making mobile orders and I’m like hey man I’ve been here for like an hour can you just make my sub?? The app says I’m in the right place and that it’s ready. Guy acted like I was trying to pull a fast one even with a receipt with all the details!! Will not be back and I come here atleast once a week

  This is the best Subway in Southeast Louisiana. Staff is Friendly and Fast! Gary always knows my order! Very clean and nice place! It’s nice to eat inside or to-go! This is the only Subway I go to where I live!

  Placed an order through the app. Arrived a few minutes before time to be ready. Walked in and guy behind counter said ran out of bread and it would be 10 minutes. Ok, I understand that. Went back to car to wait. Came back in 10 minutes later and the guy said would be ready in 10 minutes. I told him he just told me that 10 minutes ago. He just smiled. As I am typing, still waiting another 10 minutes, for 30 minutes total. Would cancel order if there was another Subway closer. Will probably not come back to this location.
