  My daughter put in an order on the app at 2:00pm 8/23/26. When the app said it was ready she proceeded to go in and the girl at the counter said it’s not ready. Cool, now at 2:40 it’s still not ready, the girl told other customers she’s quick to who she wants to be quick for. So I called and asked to speak to a manager, manager was very rude and said it’s about to be done! I said I’m sorry her order was suppose to be ready almost an hour ago. She said it’s about to be done, I said so what time? She said it’s about to be done! The management and employees are very unprofessional and rude!

  Bad experience with Management.I ordered a 30 pc pack an hour prior before going for pick up. Nothing was made. I called and asked why my food wasn’t ready for pickup and the lady said whoever put in my order didn’t put it in and that a 30 pc pack isn’t allowed for takeout? I asked to speak to the manager and the lady said that the manager was the one who took my order and put me on hold for the 4th time. Common sense is for the manager to tell me a 30 pc pack isn’t allowed for takeout. I’ve ordered that quantity over the phone before and it’s been done. Clueless staff.

  I will never order from this restaurant online ever again or order from this restaurant period how y’all accept my order then have me and the delivery person waiting the longest time ever for you to try and say my order was already picked up but my delivery driver was there to pick it up so how was it already picked up then waiting a long time to cancel the order so now I’m out of food money and my time then gone tell her it’s nothing y’all can do
