  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ MADISON and DEE deserve to be recognized! I had a more complicated Amazon return and wasn't sure how to get everything sent over so the label could be printed. Madison was incredibly patient and kind and walked me through the whole process. Dee also stepped in to help, and they were both so friendly and welcoming. They made everything easy and stress-free, and their customer service genuinely stood out to me. Thank you, Madison and Dee, for being so wonderful! I will definitely be coming back to this location ❤️

  Just got out of UPS Store #5128 at 630 W Prien Lake Rd. Suite B, Lake Charles. The store was very clean and very busy, it was 12:05 pm. Miss Callie was super nice and very helpful noticing that I was unloading a very large and heavy box from my truck. I already had it on a dolly and I honestly think she would have loaded it with me if I was struggling. She was very pleasant, held the door for me and directed me to her station. She finished taping my box and putting the Return label on for me. Then she rolled the carton to the back and another UPS member helped Callie remove the box and then returned my dolly to me. Truly world class customer service. I highly recommend stopping by and using this location. Thank you sooo much!!!
