  Hello, I just have to get on here about subway on nelson!! I just wanted to say I had a great experience!! I made an account just to say this because I usually don't go to this subway, but the two ladies behind the counter this morning were so polite, welcomed me with a smile, and had a decent conversation with me!! 10/10 will go again

  My husband and I went to Subway for a quick sandwich. They were out of lettuce, salt and pepper, jalapeños and sweet tea. The poor girl working has only been there one week— said the sweet tea stays empty and no one has ever taught her how to make it. You are SUBWAY! Every DoorDash employee who walked in to pick up orders, walked out with nothing in their hand. Terrible and will never go back to this location!

  I normally go to the subway on mcneese a few times a week but I was on Nelson, so decided to stop at this location. First, there was only one very flustered girl, Angel, making sandwiches and then her coworker, Dustin, came out later after seeing she needed help and was visibly sweating through his shirt and I didn’t see him wash his hands at any point in time. The customer service was god awful, they both were talking on the phone and barely looked up. At multiple points Angel basically did what she wanted with the sandwich and I ended up walking out because she wasn’t listening and put the wrong toppings on the sandwiches. I definitely understand they may be understaffed, but hygiene is important for food safety. And when all you are having to do is listen to someone tell you how to make a sandwich and correctly put toppings on, then it’s ridiculous to mess it up. Management needs to get a handle on the issues and the people who are working need to actually do their job.
