  Tameka was super friendly helping me with an Amazon return. I was having a hard time finding the return label in the app and she helped me look for it. What is usually a quick in and out minimal interaction turned into a really great experience for me! Thanks again Tameka!

  The staff here is amazing!!! Always very helpful. They acknowledge you when you walk in the door. (which young people never do these days). They let you know if they are tied up and will be with your shortly instead of letting you stand there like they don't know you exist like so many other business do. There is a manager here (young red headed lady) who is AMAZING!!!!! She goes above and beyond to assist everyone. From making one simple copy to difficult shipping request to a customer that can not speak english... she has it all covered. And I see her training her crew to do the same. I tell anyone who is shipping something to always use this location. You can count on your package being shipped properly! It is a pleasure doing business here. I completely avoid USPS. I tell all my clients their documents will be shipped by FedEx... I don't even give them an option. This is who I trust.
