Extremely disappointing experience I went in today to make a payment and was told I couldn't because I wasn't listed on the account. My husband, the account holder, returned to resolve it and was told to leave when he questioned why. We were then banned from the store, and management alledgedly called the police. All of this over trying to pay our bill and get an explanation. We've experienced poor customer service at this location before, but this was the final straw. We will be taking our concerns to Cricket corporate and the FCC.

Caitlin or with a K was extremely helpful and patient. She took her time and made transferring my Google account easy. Excellent service!
