  I ordinarily have good experiences with this store but Tuesday a young girl helped me that was very rude and impatient maybe she was having a bad day but i felt extremely rushed while I looked for my return labels even though there was no line. She never greeted me just held up her scanner as if to say "I don't have time for you hurry up". I paid for priority shipping and it said it would arrive Thursday however now it's saying it won't be there until the 17th! 5 days later and 32 bucks. What a waste

  Unfriendly staff, there were 4 employees that I could see & I was the only customer, I was having trouble printing a label & told them that I would just got to the UPS store on Johnston St, Lafayette, La, again not acknowledged & was offered no assistance. I forget why I stopped using them store on James Comeaux, but My memory came right back. I'd like to leave zero stars, PITIFUL!!!!!!

  I enjoyed coming to ups store to send packages it’s a shame how things change over the years. Lately i do not receive good service after my last visit last week i decide i will not be returning. I am a years long customer but now it is worth it to sit in the post office instead. If lucky you will may get to be assisted by a good worker some days.but if the girl with short hair is working then i suggest you turn around walk OUT. She used her CELL phone while assisting me and could not give attention to customers because of cell phone. The manager did not make the situation good either he ordered me to hand him my package like a dog. He was VERY RUDE and i am regretfully Takin my business my business else where New management is needed the service declined and people like me especially Seniors
