  I ordered a tuna sandwich via the mobile app while I was in the store. The staff didn’t notify me when it was ready, so I had to check the pickup area myself. I understand that I placed an online order, but they knew I was waiting inside the store. The tuna sandwich was okay, but the store needs to pay much more attention to hygiene. There were flies everywhere, which was very off-putting, and the bathroom was quite dirty. In the food industry, cleanliness is extremely important for attracting and keeping customers.

  The store was still closed/locked at 9:38am with the open sign turned on and the opening hours showing 9:00am. I called to ask if they would be open soon as I’d already placed an order for pickup. When the employee told me that she was alone this morning I was very understanding however she was extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me. The store opened at 9:40 and food was as expected.

  This place should be shut down and the man who got hair in my food, mumbled every word he said to me, and overcharged me on my food should have a required drug test. Me and my wife went in for two sandwich combos the woman who made the first half was extremely nice however the man who made the second half got hair in our food. The drinks all tasted like blood for some reason and gave both me and my wife terrible stomach pains. The food was mediocre like it had been set out for a while but I cannot reiterate this enough THERE WAS HAIR IN MY SANDWICH 🤢. I only gave 2 stars to atmosphere because at least the tables were clean. The woman's toilet was clogged according to my wife, the men's restroom was disgusting, and the drink station was horrid. If you need a place to eat, do not stop here, at this point just make your own sandwich it would be a much better experience.

  By far the worst subway experience. Nothing was right. Got home and had to put my own lettuce, banana peppers, pickles, mayo! Never will I order here again( I ordered via the app because we were pressed for time). Tried calling them several times and they never answered the phone. In fact they answered and directed it to fax! This is one of the four subs. I went in the next day and several excuses were given, including “oh we ran out of banana peppers and I forgot to tell you.” Really!!
