  The store was still closed/locked at 9:38am with the open sign turned on and the opening hours showing 9:00am. I called to ask if they would be open soon as I’d already placed an order for pickup. When the employee told me that she was alone this morning I was very understanding however she was extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me. The store opened at 9:40 and food was as expected.

  I made an account just to say this. I just paid $18 for one and a half sandwiches (no drink or sides) and it was so dry and cold that I fed it to my dogs. Literally have no idea how Subway is still open with this level of quality control

  Made an online order to pick up. Problem 1: order was not ready for 220pm as stated. Problem 2: didn't make order bc out of bread for one of the three sandwiches ordered. Problem 3: staff stated they called to inform me no multigrain bread. No missed calls or alert on my phone ever from subway. PROBLEM 4: it took another 15 minutes to prepare my order. Kept in mind store is now getting busier. 20 minutes into wait my sandwiches were handed to me. Problem 5: all 3 sandwiches cold, one sandwiches was missing 2 ingredients. I understand the store is busy but I did everything that was supposed and paid my money. Even after being lied too, the extended wait, and messed up order there was no courtesy shown. Not even sorry sir we will get right on it. Not even a complimentary cookie drink anything.
