  2021 Ford Explorer that has been brought back to the shop 4 times because transmission is messed up and the only thing done about it is they keep reprogramming it. Need it fixed not just put a bandaid on it.

  Hub City Insurange Agency provides excellent service whenever I have a claim or a question. Ashley is very professional and promptly responds to any and all my requests for service.

  Ashley Citroen was my agent (in theory). In the 18 months of having this policy, I was only able speak with Ashley once. She rarely returns calls and is almost never available. When someone does answer the phone, they are often unable to answer questions and lack the knowledge to properly answer the questions asked. Ashley is the daughter of the owners of Hub City Ford, so it's probable that being an insurance agent is merely a title and less of a full-time job.
