  Do not go to this location.. You’re better off going to the store location in New Iberia. Very unprofessional. Everyone greeted me as i walked in and that’s the most they did. after that they were completely unable to help me with my problem. Went to the New Iberia location and the employee there was able to fix my problem in 2 minutes. This location on the other hand told me the only way to solve my problem was to go to a corporate office in TEXAS!!!

  Got there this morning 5 min to 10am on a Saturday and waited around until 10:20am . The lights were on and the open sign was off. Called the store and no answer .. even knocked on the window no one came to open the door.

  Lies about the bundles they will charge you the price for the case and the charger. It is clearly on the receipt and they will tell you it’s nonrefundable when the receipt says it is. They sold us for $100. For stuff we did not need and said it was Free. They refused to refund it.

  The girl that works there was very unhelpful and ride. All she did was mumble under her stupid mask she was the only one wearing. After I looked on line and there were so many specials that she was to lazy to mention. Don't go to that store!!!!
