  I come here to get my change of wipers cause it say is free installation and when I come the guy try to change but he can’t how to do it and I have to returned it also the prices for stuff of car detailing it said mix and match buy 1 and get the second one 50% off and I choose 2 different product with the same promotion mix and match and he said it has yo be exactly the same product

  Associate Brendan H. cost this store a $600+ parts order and a loyal customer. Came in for a simple warranty exchange on a serpentine belt tool that snapped under normal use. Brendan handled it with open sarcasm and attitude the entire time. When my wife asked about bulbs — bulbs HE looked up for her — he said in a dismissive tone: "you better take the old one out first because we won't return these if they're wrong." About parts he personally recommended. That's not policy, that's hostility. It gets worse. He tried to hand her the replacement tool without processing the exchange in the computer, and tried to send the broken defective unit home with her instead of keeping it for the vendor return. My wife is a manager. She caught it and made him do it right. If she hadn't, this store would have had an unrecorded inventory loss with no paper trail. She also needed a belt tensioner, ball joints, CV axles, struts, shocks, a power steering pump, brakes and rotors for our 02 Odyssey. She didn't ask for any of it. She just wanted to leave. He also never offered bulb grease as an add-on or mentioned the Sea Foam Item of the Month — both things associates are supposed to do on every transaction. We have an O'Reilly less than a mile from our house. We drove five miles past it to come here. We won't be doing that again. Formal complaint filed with corporate and District Manager Aaron Stall. Transaction audit requested.

  Brendon and Jacob Deserve raises and promotions. These guys gave me the most excellent Customer Service I’ve ever experienced at Advance auto parts on Pinhook. They were very calm and patient and went above and beyond to help me with my situation for my vehicle thanks to both these guys, and they both deserve raises!
