  I usually go to a different auto parts store but they didn't have what I needed so I stopped here. Ryan was incredibly helpful, in fact I thought I had the right part number for what I needed but it was not in fact the correct part number and Ryan helped me look it up and I left with what I needed. He took a decent amount of time to help me get the right $4 part. This will be my go-to store for now on

  Maybe if they knew how to put windshield wipers blades on mine ( passenger side)wouldn't have flown off yesterday in the middle of a down pour!! So I called them when I got to work( 1.08 miles) they said they will take care of it. So I went after work, they REPLACED BOTH but it scratched my windshield, having NO WIPER! The manager told me that's all they can do since he has No Idea how I've been driving the car?? REALLY?? DRIVING THE CAR & THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW YOU DRIVE THE CAR! LIKE I SCRATCHED MY OWN CAR WITH THE FLOWN OFF WIPER HOLDER!! And you talk to me the way you did yesterday, I will report you to a higher authority!! Not professional at all, you don't tell a customer, " Can you let me talk NOW"! I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO YOU WHAT HAPPENED!! Like your employee is going to tell me she put the wrong one's on in the 1st place, I told her they were the wrong one's when she was putting them on because they weren't fitting correctly DUH!! If they were the correct one's in the 1st place, fit snug, it wouldn't have FLOWN OFF!!
