  New rooms. Had cable so I could watch football. Fridge even had an ice maker. And there was a kitchenette... What??? Crazy good deal.

  This hotel is the worst. They have extremely awful staff here. Especially Miles. When you complain about their service the deflect, it’s no accountability. One of their staff threatened me because I was recording. The checkout isn’t until 11 but if you’re not staying another day you get locked out of your room before then & have to keep going to the front desk to be let back in. On top of that I get late checkout because I’m a Diamond member so every time I left the room I was locked out IN THE SUN & had to wait until someone was available to let me back in. Plus it’s heavy prostitution going on & someone was smoking drugs in the common area on the balcony. Again THE WORST. It’s plenty other hotels in the same area do yourself a favor & book with one of those.

  THE EV CHARGING STATION IS NOT OPERATIONAL!!!! DO NOT WAIT until you get to LAPALCE NO TO CHARGE! This charger is luster on every CHARGING APP AS FUNCTIONAL! It is not! THe next station is 25 miles fromLaplace NO. The staff was wonderful by discounting my room bec8i had to stay an extra day. There is a neighborhood charging station a few miles away and is only for emergency purposes only. The staff helped me as much as they could. The pool was a mess on SATURDAY, but I couldn't be ANGRY! The staff and MANAGER WERE AMAZING! The hotel is very functional,clean, & modern and in a quiet area.Great place for a romantic getaway or a big crowd.

  Having to ask for towels. Room cleaning every 3 days. Never heard of that. Room was clean and organized
