  It’s just every time I go in there one employee ms Berry she always goes above and beyond to satisfy us customer and she’s always smiling and the customer service is A1 ! I will be returning just because of the customer service!

  (William Boulevard)…. I have always taken my packages to this UPS location, and the staff has consistently been excellent and very fast. However, today was the first time I had a truly negative experience. There is a woman with short hair—who really shouldn't be working at the front counter—who performs her job very poorly and lacks basic knowledge regarding deliveries. I left feeling very concerned because that lady shouldn't be on the job, especially given the suspicious and distrustful manner in which she asks questions... she doesn't even seem to understand how shipping labels work. The young men and the younger woman on staff do a much better job. Please fix this problem.

  There was only one gentlemen working last Saturday. He didn't excellent job, he had everyone taking care of within 5 minutes, there's a long line. This was in Kenner on Williams Blvd.

  You have to give the employees at work at UPS dumps up. They're very hard workers and they deliver products all day long. No matter rain, snow or hot weather, it is a good place to go ahead and have your package delivered

  This store is a gem. Byron, Chad and Farris are always smiling and incredibly helpful. Even if I am returning something to the Amazon kiosk, there’s always a friendly good morning and a chat and a friendly “have a great day” to be said. Absolutely love going in the store for anything. Big shout out guys, y’all are doing a great job!!
