  I had a great experience at the DHL store. The customer service representative was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.   Experience at DHL in Kenner was amazing. Never had better customer service from a shipping company. Harold Bonner did an amazing job assisting me and making sure all the information was clear and understandable.

  Package trapped a few miles from my house. Happy and willing to pay customs. DHL never contacted me to do so. When I try to contact them to pay it, I am rerouted to websites that don’t work, and chat bots that spin in circles. I tried to register an account to pay for the customs, it asks to verify my phone number and it has the wrong phone number. So I create a new account, the website never sends the verification code so the account won’t even work. I can’t get past the first step. So much for spending hundreds of dollars on an item only for it to be caught in limbo with a company who has no one to answer phones or help you. AI and chat bots don’t work.
