  Experience at DHL in Kenner was amazing. Never had better customer service from a shipping company. Harold Bonner did an amazing job assisting me and making sure all the information was clear and understandable.

  Package trapped a few miles from my house. Happy and willing to pay customs. DHL never contacted me to do so. When I try to contact them to pay it, I am rerouted to websites that don’t work, and chat bots that spin in circles. I tried to register an account to pay for the customs, it asks to verify my phone number and it has the wrong phone number. So I create a new account, the website never sends the verification code so the account won’t even work. I can’t get past the first step. So much for spending hundreds of dollars on an item only for it to be caught in limbo with a company who has no one to answer phones or help you. AI and chat bots don’t work.

  I had a package that had to clear customs, and the team in Kenner kept me updated when the package was scheduled to arrive. Unfortunately, the package wasn’t going to be delivered until Monday, but Gloria pulled the package, and we were able to go pick it up on Friday. Couldn’t ask for better costumer service.
