  Ms. Adriana was extremely helpful!! I damaged a part on my car while changing my oil. I came to Advance Auto Parts because they are the only store that carries the oil filter housing that I needed at a Great Price. Frustrated as I was, Ms. Adriana helped me and was patient with me. I will be returning. Thank You Very Much!

  Ordered online a full 24 hrs before pickup. Arrived to find order not even pulled and ready, I've been here for 45 minutes so far while they are looking for everything, When i say everything it was oil and filters for 3 vehicles. Well they don't have some of it, Would have been nice to know yesterday Had they done their JOB and pulled the order yesterday this wouldn't be happening and I'm still here an hour later, Absolutely would not recommend coming here dealing with this LAZY staff

  I WAS and o Riley’s guy but will 100% be loyal to advance auto parts I went to 3 different stores before advance and Miss Adriana k had helped me and did everything she could do and we had gotten it if it wasn’t for her I definitely think I would of not gotten what I needed to do done thanks !!!!

  Coming from out of town. Our truck broke down on the bridge and the tow truck driver brought me, my tween daughter and her friend to this location. From the moment we walked inside until we left hours later, Taryn was helping us every step of the way. Trouble shooting and testing, installing a new battery, she even called a mechanic to come and give us his recommendation. It was a busy Saturday and they were clearly short staffed, but she patiently and energetically helped everyone who needed her that night. She definitely went above and beyond, even finding the time to offer us drinks. This is the kind of human connection that makes return customers.
