  Jonesboro Subway is horrible! We TRY to eat there once a week. For about a month we TRY to eat there with horrible luck! No bread, always out of different meats, vegetables or cookies. I would like to speak to someone higher than the General manager.

  We barely have options to try to eat healthy in Jonesboro. I went there and ordered a tuna sub. I had to ask the man to remove the extra topping that wasted in the tuna off my sandwich because he was just fixing it without paying attention. Then I get home to bread that has more crunch than my chips. The two men in there seem like they need more guidance in customer service and more attention to the product before putting it on a sandwich

  When I walked in the atmosphere was heavy. The African American gentleman was left in charge. He was a great server. But he had to tell the other worker to glove up, she got an attitude right away. She looked at me like I wasn’t paying for her services, no smile, bad attitude, immediately put the one vegetable I asked for on the wrong sandwich. She went to the back left me standing there. I was leaving with half made food. The only reason I finished the order was because the black gentleman took over and was very nice and never got an attitude and acted like a gentleman through the whole situation. I will never give them a penny of my money EVER AGAIN. They truly have employee problems.
