  We came into this location on Wednesday, September 30, at approximately 9:40 p.m., 20 minutes before the posted 10:00 p.m. closing time. The employee working did not greet us and was immediately unfriendly. We ordered chicken teriyaki sandwiches and were told she would not toast them because they had already turned the toaster off for the night because they were trying to close. I asked if they were open until 10:00, and she confirmed they were but said she still would not toast them. When I asked if she could at least warm them, she responded sarcastically. I asked who her manager was, and she said he was outside in the parking lot and "would tell us the same thing." She continued rolling her eyes and treating us as though we were an inconvenience, so we declined to purchase and left. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and should have been able to receive normal service. More importantly, there was no reason for the rude treatment. We have patronized this location for over 25 years and will not return unless the service improves significantly. We went to Hardee's, they were amazing.

  Google says it closes at a certain time I was there 39 mins before that, I was refused service, disappointed.
