  Placed order at 12 pm for pickup at 1:30. Walked in the door at 1:30 pm, and my order had not yet even been STARTED. These people bagged and put on the DoorDash shelf 4 orders for names that were not even on the screen when I walked in. Multiple people in the restaurant reported similar experiences. This place is absolutely horrendous. Unfortunately, the quality of the wings/food falls to the wayside when you have stood or sat in a restaurant for an entire HOUR waiting on an order placed ahead of time for a scheduled pickup. There is a wingstop down the road in thibodaux. I highly advise avoiding this Houma location entirely if it is not terribly inconvenient. DO NOT GO HERE. Spare yourself the experience. Seriously.

  Store messed up my order manager refused to remake order or refund partially or fully not even offer a promo all she said is what she couldn’t do and nothing that she could do to make it right. Wings were fried entirely too hard to chew and fries were to crispy
