  I ordered delivery for my kids and I bc my parents had one of my car seats and I couldn't go anywhere with my kids not properly seated in my vehicle. I get my order and it's missing 10 boneless wings. I call the business and the call drips the first time. Second time, I'm placed om hold for over 15 minutes then they hang up on me. I call right back a THIRD time and explain what happened. This lady tells me the only thing they can do is remake the portion that's missing if I go into the store with my receipt which I cannot currently do. SO WHAT WAS THE POINT OF ORDERING DELIVERY and paying the extra fees and tip?! I'm never one to complain if my order is wrong. Wrong sauce? Fine. Boneless instead of classic? Fine. You wont hear a word from me. But I'd like this type of situation resolved. Now I just gave you free money.

  took forever to get our food out. they forgot about us and we were late to a movie that was already paid for because of them. waited here for 30 minutes

  First time trying Wingstop and it was disappointing from the start. We came in around 12:15 in the afternoon and were told we couldn’t order wings extra crispy because it was “Super Bowl Sunday” and Mardi Gras parade day. The game didn’t even start until 6:30 that evening, and the parades hadn’t started yet. There was only one table taken and several employees in the kitchen just talking. It didn’t look busy at all. It felt more like an excuse not to make the order the way I wanted, even though I was willing to pay extra if needed. This kind of attitude is exactly why it took us so long to try this place in the first place. First impression wasn’t good, so we left and went to Hooters instead. Won’t be coming back unless service improves.
