Made an online order. My grandmother went to pick it up and the young blonde girl that worked there was complaining about the supervisors not doing there job. However, when I received my order , both mine and my mother’s wraps were completely wrong and I was also missing two cookies, a bag of chips, and drink. Now, I am not the type of person to EVER complain about food because there are much bigger problems in the world but I WILL complain about attitudes. When my grandmother went back to get her coke, chips, and cookies, she straight up called my 76 year old grandmother a LIAR! Said that I didn’t order that when I had my receipt to prove it and then changed her story to say that she gave the stuff to me. Needless to say, We figured out exactly which one wasn’t doing her job correctly. Again this is not a complaint about the food and no not all customers are right, but when you make a mistake own up to it instead of calling paying customers liars.
