  Placed an online order and apparently they open at 8:30. It is currently 9:20AM and we seen a woman unlock the store and then leave 5 minutes later without taking our order. Very disappointed

  I recently visited this Subway location and had a disappointing experience. After placing a mobile order and sitting down to wait, I approached the counter to request that my sandwich be double-toasted. The employee responded curtly, stating that I should have added this in the notes. I explained that I had included the request and showed a screenshot from my phone as proof. At that point, the situation escalated. The employee became confrontational and ultimately asked us to leave, going as far as to fake call the police. The owner then intervened but sided with the employee. Overall, the environment was very unwelcoming, and I left feeling disrespected.
