    Today myself and my dad went to this location for lunch, and I was in awe why this location is still open. The service is horrible and the young lady that was behind the counter yelled at both of us just for being there to pick up our food that we ordered online. After her “forgetting” that she made our food and placed it in another area behind the counter, nobody noticed. She went to the back of the restaurant and stayed there over 10 minutes. What was she doing back there? Did she sneak her boyfriend through the back door and they were making out? She comes back in-front and yell at us, “YALL STILL HERE?” Well yes, we never got our food, that you pre-made and you forgot to give it to us AND we can’t go behind the counter and make it ourselves. The young African-American lady clearly brought whatever grief she is dealing with in the street or at home to work, and we all have to deal with it. Why should we go back? Or anyone? This is not the only time I’ve encountered at his location bad customer service. You are the only Subway in a middle class/semi- wealthy community, and this is the kind of workers you hire and you wonder why the restaurant is empty? Make it make sense. Don’t worry about it, I’ll take my dollar somewhere else.

    Good afternoon, I am unsure who the appropriate contact person is; however, I would like to formally express my concern regarding the customer service I received today, Tuesday, March 3, 2026. The interaction was discourteous and did not reflect a professional standard of service. I believe additional customer service training may be beneficial to help prevent similar experiences in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
