  So like I loved this place. It is clean, quaint and in a fabulous spot. We walked to dinner and cocktails...And laughed all the way back. The pool was so refreshing. I can't wait to return. Oh and the breakfast was simply excellent. Definitely will be returning. The had fresh cookies y'all.

  We absolutely loved our stay at Best Western! Honestly, the pictures of this hotel do not do it justice—it’s even better in person! From the moment we arrived, we had such a great experience and ended up loving it so much that we decided to stay an extra night. Extending our stay was completely hassle-free! The hot, fresh breakfast every morning was a perfect way to start the day (or end a long night). After spending time exploring New Orleans, the amazing pool was perfect for cooling off during those hot Louisiana days, and the hot tub was exactly what we needed after walking around the city all day. We also really enjoyed the bar that opens in the afternoon—the bartender was fantastic and made the experience even better! There were also convenient vending machines and a snack bar at the front desk, which came in handy. The complimentary cookies were such a nice touch, and having a Keurig coffee maker right in our room was another bonus! The hotel itself was quiet, comfortable, and felt very safe. The location was also incredibly convenient, with plenty of shopping centers and malls nearby and the French Quarter only about 15 minutes away. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel in a great location with so many thoughtful amenities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the New Orleans area!

  I booked my room here after Townsplace Suites had construction in the hotel and didn't post anything online after I booked my reservation with them a week ago. I'll never book with them again after they tried to keep my $400 and fault me for not staying. Best Western Plus Hotel was great and service was A1. The complementary breakfast was delicious. They have a bar on site, pool and hot tub on site too.
