  Worse UPS store I’ve ever dealt with. I have multiple online shops and ship 20-50 packages a day every day and have never had worse service. Would definitely recommend finding a different location at all cost.

  2nd time arriving to get a package. Workers are busy talking to each other verus being proficient in getting customers in and out. Best part is my package shows at the store and its not there. However employees are moving packages several times and causing confusion. Witness a worker do it and the other employee told him someone just did that earlier.

  If you need an ups store, pick another store. The line is constant out the door. You think with all the complaints they get they would have a self serve station.

  I paid $15.00 to have a death certificate mailed from Hammond Louisiana to Jacksonville Florida. On Monday. It arrived on Wednesday. The envelope was torn at the top. It was all wrinkled and dirty. I'm not satisfied with the service I got.
