My wife and I have been a customer of cricket for over 10 years. We went to Cricket yesterday on 9-15-26 at 5:30 pm and bought a new phone for my wife and paid 600.00 for it. Christopher was very helpful and kind. No problems. On 9-16-26 , the following day, my wife returned at 5:00 pm with an issue with the vinyl screen cover having air bubbles under it. She was there 2 hours trying to get the issue resolved. My wife asked to speak to the Mgr. and was informed "I am the Mgr." My wife questioned her about pressing so hard on her new phone, Mgr. Nadia informed my wife "I KNOW WHAT IM DOING, I BEEN DOING THIS FOREVER". Then Mgr. Nadia informed her it would be 22.00 to replace it. My wife told her "This is a brand new phone and yall installed the cover yesterday" .Then the Mgr. Nadia told my wife to come back tomorrow and have Christopher pay to replace it.The problem was not resolved. My wife told Mgr. Nadia "Maybe I should just leave." As my wife left Mgr. Nadia was laughing her out the door. Very rude and unprofessional business. We will not go back.EVER. MGR. NADIA NEEDS TO BE FIRED.
