  The worst experience I’ve ever had!!! Sent my sister to pick up a package because the website states that if your name and address doesn’t match then you need the tracking number the manager said that they don’t follow the rules of the company they made up there own rules , he was very argumentative! Then for one of the employees to say he pick and choose who to follow the rules for just took me out! Smh 🤦🏾‍♀️ wow that’s the service we get from incompetent workers…..

  Very rude. Was not greeted upon entry. Was told my packages needed to be separated and that I would have to pay for a bag—which I totally understand. I was told that since this is the first time, they wouldn’t make me pay, so that was kind. However, the way it was delivered to me was very rude. The lady seemed bothered that I was there and that she had to help me. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience there. This location is one I use often, however I will definitely not be returning. I’d rather drive farther to the one in Prairieville, at least they are kind and have good customer service. The only worker that is polite at the Gonzales location is one of the few guys who work there. Everyone else clearly does not like what they do or working with the public.

  Always fast customer service when I come here
