  Coach is my favorite, but they didn't have what I was looking for; such a disappointment in the selection of handbags they had. I decided to visit Michael Kors and I found 2 nice handbags.

  I had an excellent experience at the Michael Kors outlet store, all thanks to Kate. She was absolutely amazing—truly a 10/10. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and valued. Kate went out of her way to help me find exactly what I was looking for and made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Her attention to detail, patience, and genuine willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days. If you’re visiting this location, I highly recommend asking for Kate—she’ll take great care of you!

  Arrived to this location definitely looking to purchase a purse. Never greeted or asked if I needed help. Now one young lady had long brown hair wearing a green dress and black jacket did check a price for me. Another lady I’m assuming she was the manager because I over heard her conversation about closing duties ask a male of the same race as her if he needed help but never me and we were in the store before this gentleman.
