Where do I even start? I stopped by Cricket to get help troubleshooting an issue with my phone. What should have been a simple 5-minute fix turned into almost an hour, and after all that time, my problem still wasn’t solved. I probably should’ve known what kind of experience I was about to have when I pulled up and saw the employee sitting outside. Once we got started, it was very clear that she had no idea how to troubleshoot the issue. Another employee eventually came in for her shift and was a little more knowledgeable, but unfortunately, I still left without a solution. Spending nearly an hour in a phone store just to leave with the same problem you walked in with is beyond frustrating. Cricket really needs to invest in better training and make sure employees actually know how to assist customers with basic troubleshooting. Very disappointing experience. I highly DO NOT recommend this location
