Ok I'm currently enrolled in an Anatomy class & the black & white pictures of specimens r not cutting it. It's difficult to distinguish between black white & various shades of grey.
This can be the difference between an Awful grade vs. a Great grade
I got the thought 2 try color printouts; I've tried the library and something told me 2 call FedEx to see wats THEIR rate.
N this particular instance I needed about 20 some odd prints-the public library near my house charges about 75 cents. As u can see this really adds up. My last class I needed about 45 pages.
I called FedEx the guy asked he was very nice & told me I could email my prints online & pick them up & pay 4 them n store.
I decided 2 go 2 Elmwood location cause it was closer 2 home. Y did I do that?
I get a young lady-she offers to help me so I told her about my order & she had me pull up my confirmation code & she showed me how 2 use the machine
I ask her what if I print 2 of the same copies- this was b4 I even started printing. I forget what she said. Long story short I being copying.
At the end I realized that I made a mistake & printed a duplicate of 1 copy.
Now Ive been to the printers b4- u print & u realize u didn't like this copy r u don't want that copy they're supposed 2 give u ur money back.
So I ask her about getting my money back for this 1 sheet.
She's very dismissive; it's only 70-something cents & she tells me she can't give me my money back on my card because it's still processing which honestly it felt like a lie.
But my issue is how r u going 2 tell me it's only such & such.
I actually had a TON of sheets 2 print but didn't,47 to be exact. Point of the matter IT ADDS UP.
Ok I was disappointed but then she goes thank you & starts walking off like if she's done with me because I was like what do u mean it's not finished authorizing.
I've gone to the location on Veterans & they've always been nice 2 me & treated me with respect.
I felt that was disrespectful.
I thought about asking 2 speak with a manager but I was also thinking it's such a small issue why bother.
But it's really not.
I should have asked her if it's only 70-something cents can she give me the 75 cents.
Then to top it off the dismissal like she's sending me on my way.
I think I'll do better 2 follow my 1st mind & go where I'm welcomed & not a burden.
I guess it's back 2 the location on Vets
Edit: I guess it's back 2 the public library.
I called Veterans Blvd location. Nick said it 89 cents for color copies👀

don't go there to mail a package to Hong Kong, if the country don't have a Zip code. they don't want your business, I take my package to USPS. HK had no Zip code.
