I would like to first say: the website is trash- it declined my payment numerous times yet took the money each time as “pending”.
Luckily, I went inside WingStop and was met with a very helpful lady named Candace. Candace made me feel better explaining the website has issues, so she did my order for me and ensured I got the same deal. She was so polite! Exceptional service and I had dinner for my family in less than 10 minutes!

Counter girl is mean while I was in the store she told a coworker that she was lazy,worthless and needed to be retrained and then the girl came out crying and quit and she had a bad attitude with me today

The Wingstop on Juban is ridiculous. Tonight my daughter and her boyfriend went in to place an order. They were not greeted at all, but the first thing out of the employee’s mouth was it’s gonna be 45 minutes. In which they replied OK that’s no problem. Then they said actually it’s gonna be an hour. And the kids replied OK again and placed their order. The order only took 10 minutes to prepare. The fact that they are telling people it’s 45 minutes to an hour because they don’t want to do their job and or serve people is ridiculous and mind blowing. What happened to customer service? Has the world gone so bad that we just need warm bodies to fill positions. Qualifications warm body and a pulse. Do better. I know this is a chain, but it has to be independently owned by someone? Don’t they care about all the repeat complaints about their business?

Horrible service! I placed an online order, money was taken out of my account but when we went to pick up they claim they had no order in the system for me. I then showed the order confirmation and the supervisor AMANDA continues to insist there was no order in the system even though I had a confirmation email and text. She refused to acknowledge the order or honor the confirmation of payment. After going back and forth she finally looked again saying she now sees it. Rude! Unprofessional! Horrible service! Unacceptable! Amanda needs immediate leadership training, customer service training, reading and comprehension skills, and problem resolution skills. Very disappointed in wingstop and the leadership they have put in place to be an example for other employees. PATHETIC!
