  I went in Saturday to return a metal rodent proof garbage can the I ordered from Amazon. It was bigger than what I wanted so I went through the proper channels of Amazon for return. Had all proper labeling. Some red head looking young man and another young man accused me of getting the can at Walmart. He would not even scan the return ticket I received from Amazon for labeling. I was surprised to say the least and shocked also. I am still fuming. He made me feel as I had done something wrong! I am going to try again to return the can but not in Denham Springs. My return ticket got wet bc of the rain …

  Everyone greeted my mom and I. They worked as a team. We had to return three things. Connor came outside and helped me get the heavy umbrella holder out of the car. He measured it as well because we needed several boxes. Rylan got the boxes and started putting them together, liam was helping us at the register, Watson was helping Connor undo the screws on the pole and Kayley was helping other customers. They worked great together as a team and we successfully returned the items. We greatly appreciate the superior customer service we received today. Thank you

  Splendid was fantastic! She not only helped with my return address label design on one job, but ensured the photo and gold tones in my violin recital programs were top notch. She was helpful, friendly, timely and communicated very well. All the employees at this location— mostly young adults —consistently provide excellent and friendly service, and Splendid took it an extra step.
