  I’ve been trying to pickup my package but the it has been closed during business hours for the past 3 days and there is no information stating when it will be open again.

  Normally a good experience for drop-offs however, they must pick and choose when they want to open for business. This is around the 5th time that I’ve been there during “business hours” and they’ve been closed. The past two being yesterday and today.

  Amphone and her team always come through for me when we have an emergency. She goes out of her way to provide great customer service. She make me feel like I’m a valued customer. I love how personal they are.
