I’ve been trying to pickup my package but the it has been closed during business hours for the past 3 days and there is no information stating when it will be open again.

Normally a good experience for drop-offs however, they must pick and choose when they want to open for business. This is around the 5th time that I’ve been there during “business hours” and they’ve been closed. The past two being yesterday and today.

Need to let the people who work there be able to access a tracking number

Disappointed and a little bit surprised that they are Closed on Saturday, but they did complete my order very quickly - I just couldn't get there on Friday to pick it up. When I did return on Monday, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My order was 100% correct. Recommended
