Made app order and noticed both sandwiches were not customized correctly once home. Contacted store and spoke with manager and was told I would receive full refund on order. Week later still no refund. I'll spend my hard earned money at Jimmy John's from now on.

Customer service was a nightmare, short lady with brown hair was absolutely rude, absolutely disgusting customer service. She was a nightmare . I do not recommend this particular subway. I give it zero stars. The food wasn’t good at all. This place needs to hire better staff or they will lose their business. I will be reporting this subway. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

Poor customer service. Walked in was ignored by 2 people. They didn’t say hello how can I help you. Just absolutely pathetic. Stood there for 10 minutes and walked out. Will never return

Not busy on my family's trip; nonetheless once my family walked in, we were greeted and promptly waited on. Sandwiches were made with haste, with attention to detail. Will visit the location again based on service provided! Wilst making my sandwich, the associate dropped 2 pieces on the ground, however made sure to replace them on my sandwich!
