  DO NOT TRUST THEM!! I had shipped a package, when the employee at the desk asked for the address I gave them the phone with the address... A week or so later I get a call saying they have received my package not in its original box and missing its original label. Turns out the employee I handed the phone too didn't type in the po # now I will have to PAY AGAIN to have it shipped to the place it was originally getting sent too. The only reason why they knew it was mine was the old label on a old package I had used for padding and I had to send them my receipt.

  Good experience. Had to wait for 5 minutes but my arrival was acknowledged promptly
