  My last 3 visits have been horrendous!! I was there each time for atbleastb2 hours and accomplished absolutely nothing. Just disgusted. Been with ya'll over 10 years...I'm very close to changing my phone service. Very sad how down hill this store has gotten so quickly.

  I’ve had to go into the cricket store twice in two days for two separate things and both times I was in there the service was outstanding! The first time I came in there Amanda and Steph helped me and were so helpful in the knowledge they gave me! When I came in today Itzel and Amanda were amazing and helped me with an issue that they had never dealt with before and helped me to the best of their ability and I left with my issue solved! Thank yall so much!
