    Me and coworkers would order from this location about once a week, to every other week. As of lately, the location has declined dramatically. I'm not sure if the issue is the locations, or the Subway App's fault. But me and my coworkers would make our orders through the Subway App so that we didn't have to wait in line or go to the location to spend time to make our order. But as of the past 3 to 4 weeks, our orders have never been made in advance. Which results in us having to wait anywhere between 10 to 30 minutes for our orders to be made once we arrived at the location. I don't understand why our orders aren't made if we made them in advance through the app, while also saying through the app that we want it to be done 5min before we arrive at the location. As of the last time I've ordered from this location, I made my order 50min in advance thinking the problem was me making the order too soon to the time I wanted to pick it up (which I usually do it 30min in advance). But I no longer believe I'm the problem because when I arrived, I had to wait 30min for my order to be made. Which resulted in me having to scarf down my food before my lunch ended for work.

    The worker tore the bread in multiple places so the insides of the sandwich did not even stay in the sandwich. There was hardly any add on to the sandwich and they hardly put any on the sandwich so the sandwich is very thin and not filling as it should be

    I've been there 6+ times. Morning, noon and evening. Nearly every time I'm there either both or one of the employees are on the phone. The 2/3s of the employees are hard of hearing or have very poor English, because they just dont understand what I'm saying. You can not tell them more than one item per action when they're making your sandwich. Most times the employee who makes my sandwich move extremely slowly and I'm anxiously watch them place each peace of lettuce or spinach or pepper individually one piece at a time. Sometimes they actually dont know how to ring up my order and have to ask each other how to use the register. It honestly baffles me that these employees are even graduating from high-school. Who ever hired these people does not care about the image of Subway. It's hard to have good service when you don't speak plan American English and the customer feels like they're guiding a child. Of the maybe 8 people who work they're only 2-3 max are ok, decent employees. You know know who you are. This is not an indictment of anyone but the person who hired these poor souls. Exploitation of the young to perform a job they cannot is wrong, and to fail in coaching excellent performance is negligence to them, the customer and the company. Clinton is already short on restaurants, why put minimal effort in to one of the 2 last national brands remaining in town. You the franchisee are taking advantage of the town in charging these inflation prices while giving us a minimalist low grade product. God Have Mercy on you.

    Ordered foot long Black Forest ham. They put 6 pieces of ham on it. Couldn’t taste ham. Will not be going to any Subway!
