  Wish I could give-1000 stars went today to get wings and tenders my order was over $41.00 and the fruit punch was out the cashier didn't tell me it was down I don't drink cold drinks , tea, nor lemonade and only spring water which they don't sell so I told the manager that I wanted a refund back only for the drink but he stated I couldn't he would have to cancel the whole order so I asked for my money back then now all of a sudden he wants to refund me for the full amount I will not be back at this location and I advise others to do the same store number 2336 plus they made me wait an extra time I will not be back here ever

  Everytime I visit this wing stop they have the absolute worst customer service. And the food hasn’t even been good the last visits. They also messed up my order & refused to fix it.

  NEVER ANSWERS the phone. I have attempted to make phone orders to pick up at this location, so the wait is minimal... NOPE. They NEVER answer the phone! Then when you arrive, you're looked at as if YOU'RE THE PROBLEM. I was even told to place the order on-line... while im in their store!... and NO ONE is ever really in there. I just don't understand 😕
