    I switched providers yesterday (3/30/18) evening and yes the employee was friendly and all but I'm just noticing (3/31/18 @ 7:20am) I was sold a used phone AND he didn't give me my receipt being too busy trying to hold a conversation with his wife/girlfriend on speaker phone, selling me a dream and conversing with another customer waiting in the store!!! Apparently someone was used this phone in April and October of 2016 according to the saved, time stamped notes left in the MEMO app. I only noticed it because I wanted to save a FB link to tend to later today. I will DEFINITELY report this matter to upper management! I spoke with a Cricket agent via Live Chat on their website and was told to return to the store and they will resolve the issue by refund or replacing the phone, which neither 1 of these options I desired but something such as a discount should be done. (3/31/18 @1pm) I called the store first to make sure I didn't waste my time walking back to this location and the same guy that sold me the phone sounded sympathetic and assured me he would do something to help fix the problem after I told him I didn't care to waste my time walking back there if nothing is done. I get to the store and the same guy, a manager at that, was attending to another customer. He was asking me what's the problem and to show him the information saved in the phone I spoke of over the phone. Again, still seeming sympathetic and helpful but once that customer left his attitude changed. He said maybe an employee used it to store information and forgot to erase it but quickly changed that to telling me that the information I showed him was my very own as if I wouldn't recognize something I saved and then I suggested how could that be when I just got the phone yesterday and it's dated 2016!? He told me when I signed into Google that brought up past information that was once stored in previous phones I owned. Again. How?? I've purchased a numerous cell phones where I had to sign into Google and have NEVER had any past information as such pop up and saved anywhere. He offered to reset the phone as if that's solving the fact someone obviously used this phone before whether they had it activated or not. Then a new customer entered the store and he quickly switched back to "Mr. Nice Guy" pretending to want to assist me but when I wasn't falling for it and asked him, "What are you going to do because I was told by customer service and yourself when I called before walking here, dripping sweat that something would be done?" He changed back irate acting as if I was trying to get over on him!!! He raised his voice saying, "I'm not doing anything!" And handed me the phone and told me to leave his store with such a nasty attitude! Pretty much showing his ass and making me look like I'm wrong in front of the customer. Again. I wasn't looking for a full refund and it was pointless to get a replacement phone. After had walked, which is an estimated 20-25 min walk, to the store yet again after being told by him he would do something AND he showed his ass being very rude, I definitely deserve a discount! I left the store and called customer service who at first told me the only way this could be resolved or I receive any discount is through him so I would have to return to the store to talk to the manager. I'm like why would I return there after how he treated me and he specifically told me he's not doing anything?? After requesting to speak to a supervisor and put on hold for a long period of time, the lady returned stating that I qualify for certain discounts and it will be placed on my bill for the entire year. Funny how not being able to get help other than from the manager changed. I advise everyone to check whatever phone they purchased carefully before leaving the store. I could have remained with Metro PCS had I known I'd deal with such negativity and bs.
