  They didn’t scan one of the boxes I dropped off and didn’t notice on the receipt until the next day and now my Amazon return is in limbo until who knows when instead of being refunded instantly as soon as UPS takes hold of the items. And I’ve seen monkey poop fights at the zoo more organized than the parking lot here

  This UPS Store is easy to find and is usually not too congested. The line mives very quickly and the staff knows their job and are very helpful and always greets you with a smile. They are very courteous.

  Went to this store yesterday and the man and the lady was very very nice and help find my package, but I went today for another package could not get my package the lady who was assisting me was very very rude and didn't want to help.She needs to go work to McDonalds..This is not the job for her, her boss needs to have a chat with on how to treat an customer
