  I have always been satisfied in this store, moves quickly people seem helpful always . Never seen or personally had a bad experience there.

  Great UPS store, great employees but the parking here is abysmal. There is only about 5 parking spots for this location. For to be able to get parking you have to come as soon as they open or right before they close. If you come during busy hours you either have to park in another business designated parking or take a handicap parking.

  Sent a representative to retrive packages and was rejected by the manager (shelly Aucoin) for not having the proper credentials. Upon calling amazon i was confirmed to have all the proper credentials, i was then told to call UPS and after a 35 min wait time it was confirmed again i had the proper credentials- At this point the UPS corprate is calling the store to notify them to relase my packages and they wont answer the phone. After 15 minuets and ups asking then to release shes still refusing- A police report for theft has been filed, a complaint with corporate had been filled and a BBB complaint has been made- Please retrain your employees 🙏🏻 alot of valuable time was wasted. As a buisness I will not be utilizing thier services anymore as two hours if my day was taken dealing with incompetent managers.
