  I order subway on DoorDash for work every now and then, and each time it’s never toasted like I put in. Today it had zero lettuce on it, and was completely cold cheese wasn’t melted.

  The workers were really patient with me because I was on the phone with my wife trying to let them know what she wanted to order.

  Good usually but i asked for mozzarella and she continued to put cheddar on it after I just told her i wanted mozzarella and corrected her politely . If you can't tell your cheeses apart, you shouldn't work there

  I usually don’t write reviews, but this subway is kind of sucky. I usually order online and every time I do, I still have to wait for my food and if I don’t have to wait there’s something wrong with my order. I get the protein bowls usually and in the comments section I alway ask them to cut up the pepperoni, tomatoes, and cheese and they never do. Is it that big of a deal? Not really, but what’s the point of having the comment box if it’s going to be ignored? My final straw was that I ordered another protein bowl and pretty much got all the ingredients minus cucumber. I always get either extra lettuce or extra spinach or both extra. I ordered extra spinach and there was barely any in there and then there was no lettuce at all.l I had to go back to my order to make sure I had it because there was none… Needless to say as much as I enjoy subway, I won’t be back to the one in Carencro. I will happily drive to the one they just built in Opelousas. They fill my bowl every time AND I don’t have to ask for them to cut up the pepperoni, tomato, and cheese they just do it out of courtesy.

  The owners are super rude and money hungry. They literally stand there and watch their employees cut off 1" of bread for a kid's meal sandwich. They also do not allow soda as a drink for the kids meal, which isn't a big deal but all they had was milk(no juice, water) and my kid is lactose intolerant. They told me it wasn't their problem.
